The USTA NorCal youth tennis programs are educational and fun!

R.O.G.Y. Tennis follows the same logic as other youth sports like baseball or soccer, which use kid-sized equipment. Red, orange, and green tennis balls bounce lower, they don’t move as fast through the air and are easier to hit. Kids tennis rackets are sized for small hands and courts are smaller and easier to cover. By using this format, the benefits are immediate and within a short time kids are rallying, playing, and excited to keep playing. They’re playing real tennis and having real fun–and that’s what is the most important.

NorCal H.I.T.S.

H.I.T.S. focuses on growing a child’s core values as well as the athlete. By participating in this program, children as young as kindergarten will begin to develop strong core values both on and off the court that will help them mature into possibly the next tennis star, but more importantly, become a great individual and upstanding member of the community.
